Is my personal information safe?
It certainly is. We are acutely aware of your need for privacy and the security of your information. That is why we require payment to be completed over the phone so none of your information can be breached from hackers online. Since 1997 we have never had a breach of security.

Do you sell or share my information with others?
NEVER. We never share information with anyone. We value your business and the loyalty of our customers. None of your information will never be shared with others in any manner.                       

What if I don't my see branch of service listed?
Don't worry we can provide anything you need whether it's a shadowbox or challenge coins. Any shadowbox shown can have your branch of service personally engraved by us in house (no outsourcing) and your information is added for no additional cost. 

I was looking for a custom sword case or specialty furniture, will you make me one?
Yes. CAN DO...JUST ASK!

What forms of payment do you accept?
For internet orders you can pay by Visa or Master card or by Pay Pal for ebay.com orders. For mail orders and catalogue sales we will accept checks and money orders. Preapproved merchant and wholesale accounts may have up to a 30 day billing cycle.

Is my credit card information safe?
As long as you call us with this information and do not submit it through our order form we can ensure your information is safe. No credit card information is ever entered into any of our computer systems or emails etc! Our site is not secure but we are. 

Are the Shadowboxes made in China?
NEVER! We do not purchase or resell any shadowboxes or displays. You are buying direct from the manufactuer in Otis, Maine when you place an order with us. We will custom build to your specs or prints within any time frame required if we accept the order. Designed and owned by US Navy Veterans & "Proudly Serving Those That Serve!"

How do I place an order?
Fill out our order form online or phone your order in to us. We reply to all order forms via email within 24 hours of normal business days. If you do not hear back from us please call to verify your order. ORDER FORM

Must I use the online system to order?
If you prefer you can email us or call in your request and someone here will assist you. We work off of order forms in the woodshop so we would simply fill this same form out for those that needed assistance or had questions.

Do you guarantee your products?
100%! If you are unhappy with our products or service for any reason please contact us immediately for a resolution or return/refund.

Can the Acrylic be replaced with Acid-free glass?
Yes but you will need to do this once you receive the item or place your order and tell us to leave it out. We charge no more or no less for not shipping the acrylic. We do not ship glass only due to breakage and hazards of cuts if it ever falls off your wall during an earthquake. We currently have less than 1% damage rate per year from shipping all over the world. Easy to clean and non breakable works well near children.

Can you add additional laser work to the Acrylic or add brass dedication plates?
In all cases, yes. The cost varies by size and the amount of time our laser operates. We can provide you an entire quote for engraving acrylic, all your brass and additional engravings such as plaques and retirement coins if needed. Call or email us for a quote.

How long does it take to get my order?
This will vary based upon several factors. Generally we require your payment to be made before the order to construct goes into the woodshop. Based upon demand and retirement dates submitted by all customers on the order form. Generally speaking it takes 3-5 days. Custom orders take 1-2 weeks depending on demand. Summer is our busy time and can take longer. Coins only take 1-2 days to engrave. Custom made coins take a couple weeks. Everything ships in one box. Added to all of this will be the shipping time, obviously Express will arrive faster than Ground or Priority. The choice is yours whether to pay the additional money for quicker transit times. UPS Ground is our free standard for all US orders. We use Priority for overseas and APO/FPO for additional costs.

Why does it take longer or shorter times to process an order?
Certain periods of the year or world events extend the time required to process an order. This can be as obvious as the release of retirement hold to everyone, or as subtle as the Marine ball in November. At other times there are fewer people retiring because of major holidays or PCS timing, in this case processing times will be shorter.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Of course. We can ship to any overseas address that can accept priority or express mail. 

Can I order and drop ship to another location?
Absolutely. If you are in San Diego  and want to drop ship to your customer, we'll be happy to take your order by phone and you can bill them however you choose without using the web site. We do not sell wholesale with our information on it so our secret quality is safe for you. We are always looking for military and civilian store owners, NEX, AAFES to work with us.
